I'm Dougie and new to the forum. I have an 1970 1600 dual port Beetle with disc brakes and IRS and I' about to start on my resto. Nothing major just warm the motor, a "body off" paint job and maybe an overhaul of the interior. No rush with this, and hoping to do it all unless I get myself into trouble
