Mk8 R Wagon diff whine

Hi All, have a 2024 mk8 R wagon with low k's.
At about 4000kms it developed a whine from the rear diff at exactly 80kmh....been to VW about 5 times and annoyingly their reply was that this is normal.
Don't believe it so want to know if any others out there with a mk8 r wagon have same whine??
