Shaking in the morning

Hi all,
I have a Jetta 2013, Highline 2.0, Petrol.
When I start the engine in the morning, it starts shaking severely and the engine rpm goes up about 2000rpm. it continues for about 30 seconds and disappears after that and engine rpm will be back to about 1000rpm.
Also during it's shaking time, if I push gas pedal and make it go beyond 2000rpm, the shake will disappear as well, and when I release gas pedal, again the shaking will start till ending warm-up time.

VW dealer said that it's OK. but I'm not too sure about that. it's quite noticeable.

Sometimes even after one hour driving, it fairly vibrates, I mean it can work smoother but I assume that it might be because of the age of the car.
On the internet I found a bunch of potential causes such as battery, engine mounts, oil and air filter, spark plugs, spark plugs wires, etc.
The car is serviced regularly and battery is changed recently.
What do you think the most probable cause can be?

First thing I would do is get it scanned for error codes, that's the best way to work out what the problem is.

It would guess it's most likely coil packs, plugs, maf or a boost leak....
 
Thank you guys. Now it's warmer out there, so the shaking issue is not noticeable that much.
The car is already scanned for the error codes. VW service centre charged me 220$ to do so, there wasn't any error though.

do you think it's doable if I want to check plugs or coil pack?
If I knew this shaking doesn't hurt the car, then I was happy and I can stand 30-sec noise/shaking; but I'm afraid if it causes more harms/costs.

I'm thinking more towards engine or gearbox mounts, that won't come up any error codes.
Plugs or coil pack should show up with error codes.
Ya can't tell by looking @ the outside the mounts, it only takes a small defect to cause vibrations.
I know from personal experience, not easy to find, even with mounts out, it was just that I had good mounts to compare with that I found a weakness with the faulty ones.

It might be a mixture of issues, I don't know.
Shaking can result from the mounts, but why the rpm goes up about 2000 rpm at starts, and why it mostly happens when it's cold?

high rpm at start might be normal though.
 
could be a small leak in the pipe work that you won't see when it heats up (and then expands)..
